Our commitment to you is long term. Listening and working with you to ensure that every experience you have is positive. A planned service agreement will help extend the life of your systems and save you money on any necessary furnace and air conditioning repairs.

Your Planned Service Agreement will provide you with two visits per year to insure optimum performance of your system. One visit for your furnace and a second for your central air conditioning. With the PSA, you will never experience overtime rates for emergency calls and will always receive at least a 10% discount for any repairs needed.

Gas Furnace Service

Up to one hour to clean and check furnace
Clean and adjust automatic controls
Clean burners
Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
Lubricate system as needed
Test for combustion leaks
Test safety shutoff response
Check blower, belt wear, tension and alignment
Clean or replace air filter
Check flue for satisfactory operation

Central Air Conditioning Service

Up to forty five minutes to clean & check air conditioning
Check condenser coil if necessary
Check electrical connections
Adjust system for optimum cooling
Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
Check safety devices
Check blower
Check expansion valve and cooling temperatures
Clean or replace air filter
Check refrigerant level
Check condensate drain
Lubricate system as needed
